All trademarks, texts, products, illustrations, photographs, graphics,  designs and logos, on the webshop are personally created by ZINIA and cannot be reproduced at any time without permission. ZINIA has an exclusive right to use its content and products.

Likewise, any use that is not in accordance with the license to use the Site and, in particular, the use of any of the components of the Site (the Articles presented, the descriptions, prices, data, software, illustrations, images , texts, photos, tools, etc.) for sale or any other direct or indirect commercial use is strictly prohibited without the written, prior and express consent of Zinia.

Payment Methods


Zinia reserves the right to change the Item(s) offered on the Site at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect orders already placed. Before placing an order, the Site describing each Item will inform you:

  • or if the Item is temporarily unavailable, or you can order it for a future delivery within the specified period. If you order Items that are no longer available, despite Zinia's best efforts in that regard, Zinia will notify you by email as soon as possible. 

Exceptionally, if an ordered Item is not in stock, Zinia must cancel the order and you will not pay anything.


All our prices stated in the webshopin € and include VAT. An overview of the shipping costs for the product to be ordered is always displayed on the product page of the product to be ordered. Prices can be adjusted.


All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors. In the event of printing and typesetting errors, the entrepreneur is not obliged to deliver the product according to the incorrect price.

Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is placed. With an order from €500 the shipping costs are free.

The invoiced prices are the prices in effect on the date of the order, provided that the Item(s) ordered is (are) available at that time.

Zinia reserves the right to change the prices of the Item(s) at any time without notice, but such changes will not apply to orders already placed by you.

Purchases, through the Site, of Zinia Items are not eligible for a VAT refund.


We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. That is why we use the following if the products are in stock and do not need to be personalized or custom-made:


• Standard shipping Belgium : Delivery within 3 to 5 working days;


If for whatever reason we cannot meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.


All our orders are provided with a track and trace code. You will receive this by e-mail at the time of sending.


The acknowledgment of your order includes the order number, the total amount of the order, the shipping costs and information about the delivery date, as well as the main characteristics, quantity and price of the Item(s) purchased.

When the Item(s) ordered are shipped to the delivery address provided by you, Zinia will send you an email notifying you of the shipment and that it has collected payment.


Payment for a Zinia personalized order is made after the request has been approved.

  • on the date or within the timeframe communicated to you by Zinia before your order was confirmed or, if no timeframe was communicated, at the latest thirty (30) days from the date of order, unless there is a justifiable delay;

  • If that Item is temporarily unavailable, within the timeframe notified to you and which you accepted when you added that Item to your Cart on the Site, as well as before your order was accepted.


If the delivery of the Items is delayed, you will be contacted as soon as possible and steps will be taken to minimize the consequences of the delay. Provided that Zinia uses its best endeavors to minimize the delay, it shall not be liable for any delay caused by any event beyond Zinia's control.


If the parcel service fails to deliver the parcel (after three unsuccessful attempts) and the parcel is returned to Zinia's warehouse, Zinia will attempt to contact you twice during the four (4) weeks following receipt of the parcel. If you do not reply or contact us within those four (4) weeks, Zinia will refund the order after deducting the shipping costs and send you a confirmation email to the address you provided when placing the order.


By clicking on “Proceed to Payment”, you place a final order for the Item or for the Items in your Shopping Cart.

You may only place a final order after you have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy by clicking “Validate my payment and confirm my order”.


Once the personalization request has been reviewed and confirmed, Zinia personalized orders are finally approved.


An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.


The sales agreement is deemed to have been concluded when the Item or Items you have ordered are shipped and you have received a separate email from Zinia stating that your order has shipped.


The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services. Due to the nature of the product, the ordered product will be delivered within 5 working days after the order confirmation has been received by the customer (for Belgium). Unless it concerns a personalized or custom-made product, in this case the delivery date will be communicated to you by e-mail. The standard delivery time for personalized and tailor-made products is 10 working days. Delivery times are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed as such by ZINIA in writing.

Right of withdrawal

Every customer has the right to cancel his purchase without demonstrable reason within the reasonable cooling-off period of 14 days. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goodDuring the reflection period, the customer will keep the received products and the packaging with due care. If the customer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, he must return all products including the original packaging to ZINIA.


ZINIA ensures that the full purchase amount (You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods) is refunded to the customer within 14 working days after proper receipt of the return. Returning the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer.


This right of withdrawal cannot be used with personalized and custom-made products.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Consequences of the revocation

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received and checked the goods. 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the good.

You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.


Zinia will not be held responsible if the item is lost during shipment.

How do I return received products?

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and in its original condition. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If you return a product, you will not receive a replacement item. You can reorder a new product via the web store. If you have received a wrong item or an item with an error, it must always be returned. All return costs are then for ZINIA. Damage to received items can be reported within 48 hours after receipt of your order by e-mail:


To exercise your right of cancel, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase by clearly stating your intention. To stay within the withdrawal period, all you need to do is send your withdrawal notice before the expiry of that period.

In accordance with Article VI.53, 3° and 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of Items manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or tailor-made or that are clearly personalised, or on Items you have opened that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.


However, you may not return the following items:

  • Personalized Items tailored to the Customer or made to order (Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law);

  • Items that were definitively attached to other Items after delivery;

  • Items that have been sealed for hygiene or health reasons and which you have opened upon receipt.

Force majeur

ZINIA is not liable if and insofar as it cannot fulfill its obligations as a result of force majeure.

Force majeure is understood to mean any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at its risk. Delay or non-performance by our suppliers, disruptions in the internet, disruptions in electricity, disruptions in email traffic or disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence of suppliers and/or of auxiliary persons, illness of personnel, in auxiliary or means of transport are expressly regarded as force majeure.


In the event of force majeure, ZINIA reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be amended in such a way that the execution remains possible. Under no circumstances is ZINIA obliged to pay any fine or compensation.


In particular, Zinia cannot be held liable for:

  • Any inaccuracy, error or omission in relation to the information available on the Website.

  • Any damages resulting from automated third party infringement that alters information available on the Website;

  • Zinia will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from fraudulent access to your Account or the Site, or your inability to access your Account or the Site.


Zinia uses all means to ensure the security of the files generated using personal data collected on the Website.


Zinia shall in no event be liable for any unforeseeable loss or damage. Losses or damages are foreseeable if it is clear that they will occur or if, at the time of contract formation, you and Zinia know they may occur and, for example, you have discussed them with Zinia during the sales process.
