SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.

 

Delivery times are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed as such by ZINIA in writing.

 

We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. That is why we use the following:

 

  • Standard shipping Belgium : Delivery within 3 to 5 working days;

  • Personalized or custom-made product: Delivery in Belgium within 30 working days. The delivery date will be communicated to you.

 

 

If for whatever reason we cannot meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Steps will be taken to minimize the consequences of the delay. Provided that Zinia uses its best endeavors to minimize the delay, it shall not be liable for any delay caused by any event beyond Zinia's control.

 

All our orders are provided with a track and trace code. You will receive this by e-mail at the time of sending.

 

The acknowledgment of your order includes the order number, the total amount of the order, the shipping costs and information about the delivery date, as well as the main characteristics, quantity and price of the Item(s) purchased.

When the Item(s) ordered are shipped to the delivery address provided by you, Zinia will send you an email notifying you of the shipment and that it has collected payment.

 

Payment for a Zinia personalized order is made after the request has been approved.

  • on the date or within the timeframe communicated to you by Zinia before your order was confirmed or, if no timeframe was communicated, at the latest thirty (30) working days from the date of order, unless there is a justifiable delay;

  • If that Item is temporarily unavailable, within the timeframe notified to you and which you accepted when you added that Item to your Cart on the Site, as well as before your order was accepted.

 

If the parcel service fails to deliver the parcel (after three unsuccessful attempts) and the parcel is returned to Zinia's warehouse, Zinia will attempt to contact you twice during the four (4) weeks following receipt of the parcel. If you do not reply or contact us within those four (4) weeks, Zinia will refund the order after deducting the shipping costs and send you a confirmation email to the address you provided when placing the order.

 

By clicking on “Proceed to Payment”, you place a final order for the Item or for the Items in your Shopping Cart.

You may only place a final order after you have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy by clicking “Validate my payment and confirm my order”.

Refund Policy

You can return any ordered item to us within 14 days of receipt.

To return a product, place the unused item(s) in the original packaging, along with its accessories and documents (instructions, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity) and the packing slip. We recommend that you take all necessary measures to protect your product. 

If you cancel this contract, you must return the products without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund with the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline has been met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs for returning the goods are at your expense.


You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods as a result of treatment other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."

 

Personalized items created and/or modified and packaged at the request of the customer, which have been removed by the customer from their original packaging after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, can not be exchanged. Zinia shoes fall under the personalized articles.

All returns must have a track-and-trace.

Returning is on the cost of the refunder.

 

If you return a product, you will not receive a replacement item. You can reorder a new product via the webstore. If you have received a wrong item or an item with an error, it must always be returned. All return costs are then for ZINIA. Damage to received items can be reported within 48 hours after receipt of your order by e-mail: info@zinia-belgium.be

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase by clearly stating your intention.

To stay within the withdrawal period, all you need to do is send your withdrawal notice before the expiry of that period.
